Located in the courtyard of the Vidin Bishop’s residence in 15 Baba Vida Street, this church with walls of stone masonry and toothed cornice roof dates back to 1643 (see also St. Petka). St. Panteleimon is associated with Sophronius of Vratsa, who served here from 1800 to 1802.
