Ethno Village Latkovac

Latkovac is very old and very specific ethno village with a great historical and cultural heritage. The village is situated in the middle of Serbia, in Zupa. The village is a real paradise for youth and artists from the whole world, families with kids, people who want to meet Serbian history, custom and tradition on the best way, those one who are looking for perfect place for inspiration and vacation.

Something that makes the difference between our offer and the others is certainly an offer based on great number of activities – tours around the village (museums, monesteries, mountains), socializing and tasting of wines at the best wineries in our country - the Knights of Wine.

In last two years, our village is very attractive for business and my position in public here in Serbia is the reason for that. As one of the most recognised enterpreneur, I am teaching the begginers how to start their own business and to develope it.

I forecast that this whole region will develope in the direction to promote the ethno culture and this is the opportunity for me and my business. We have limited capacaty (30 guests at the same moment can be habitants of this unusual village), and I plan to have the full capacity during the whole season.

We already have a great partnerships with National and local turistic organizations, media, Society for Menatally Handicapped persons Aleksandrovac Society of women From our district, National agency for regional development, Chamber of Commerce of Republic of Serbia, The Rasina District, Razor Creative Communication Agency, Ethno Network Rasina, NGO CosArt, Regional museum, the Knights of Zupa’s Wine, Chamber of commerce Serbia, Regional Chamber of Commerce Krusevac.
