Opened in 2010, the history collection introduces Pécs from Middle Ages until today. In the first room, the medieval university is recalled. The second room is Renaissance style. Room 3 shows the birth of modern universities, with focus on Pécs. Room 4 follows the predecessor institutional development from the 1950's. Room 5 is the Rector's Study. Bishop's library (18th century) is the result of main achievements of György Klimo, Bishop of Pécs. Ask for combined tickets.
