Hikers of the area can enjoy the picturesque plain with unique flora and fauna, also they can relax in thermal water (which emerges from the depth of 1600 meters and its temperature reaches 57 °C on the surface) in Thermalpark Dunajská Streda (www.thermalpark.sk), and in swimming pools of wellness hotels in Dunajská Streda. It is selfguided trail.

The most interesting cultural spot is the historic hotel Amade Château (www.hotelamade.sk) offering impeccable luxury of a modern period. The best time to visit the area is from April to October. The trail is an ideal choice for lovers of nature, culture and history. Hikers can also try cycling and horse riding. Along this trail there many hiker friendly accomodations (camp, cottages, pensions, hotel) and restaurants.

The trail is easily walkable, the best for target groups: families / 50+. Dunajská Streda is easily accessible by bus and train, Horný Bar is accessible by bus. Prices are friendly, food is delicious (scones, fisherman’s soup and goulash are traditional food in the region).
