The trail unveils the beauty of the picturesque plain with unique flora and fauna. It is selfguided trail. The best time to visit the area is from April to October. The trail is an ideal choice for lovers of nature, culture and rural tourism. Hikers can also try cycling, horse riding and sports car driving.

The trail is next to Automotodrome Slovakia Ring, which is a famous motor racing circuit in Orechová Potôň (www.slovakiaring.sk). Along this trail there are some hiker friendly accomodations (cottages, pensions, hotels) and restaurants (for example Bed & Breakfast Villa Poton is located in the village Horná Potôň - www.villapoton.sk). The trail is easily walkable, the best for target groups: families / 50+. Jelka is easily accessible by bus, Dunajská Streda is easily accessible by bus and train. Prices are friendly, food is delicious (scones, fisherman’s soup and goulash are traditional food in the region).
