Integrated in the Upper Town of the Petrovaradin Fortress, in the Gunners' Barracks, in its two exhibitions, this museum shows the history and development of Novi Sad and the Petrovaradin Fortress. Among the exhibits (furniture, icons, tools) there are also relics of an ancient Celtic ship, which were rescued out of the Danube waters. The museum is also the place to start a walk in the underground world of the Petrovaradin Fortress. English language guided tours are offered only for the tours through the underground passages and corridors, which have a total length of 16 km. 1,000 m are accessible for the public.
