Located in the Northern part of Tašmajdan Park, at Bulvar Kralja Alexandra 17 (please refer to the section Belgrade, Nature in the city), the church was built in the period of 1935 – 1939. There are the tombs of Serbian Emperor Stefan Dušan and patriarch German. Nearby is a white Russian Church, built by Russian emigrants, who had fled Russian revolution in 1924.
