Located at the junction of Crisan Street and 18-22 December 1989 Revolution Boulevard, the main attraction of the park is the obelisk, a rustproof iron work of Constantin Lucaci, built in 1977. It is dedicated to 10 partisans who were executed by Germans in 1916.
