Legendary József Bock was Hungarian wine maker of the year 1997. Now he also offers restaurant, hotel, wellness & Spa. The Bock Óbor Restaurant offers a continuously changing menu list on high gastronomic level. Ask for chef József Várdai, executive chef Barbara Nemesné and her sauciers Róbert György, Attila Hadnagy, and István S. Szabó, who are ready to prepare some Gluten free meals. There are also vegetarian dishes.
In the four star hotel (27 rooms with air condition, WiFi, flat-screen TV, safe and fully-equipped bathroom) pets are also welcome.
The wellness & spa section opened in 2009. It offers several types of massage, red-wine body treatment and energizing vinotherapy and has saunas, pool, steam cabin, Jacuzzi and ice fountain.
Visit the Bock Cellar below the Hotel as well. Guided visits to the famous cellar take place daily at 10.00, 12.00, 14.00, 16.00 and 18.00. Taste wonderful wines and enjoy the illumination.
