We are positioned on the shore of Danube, second longest European river.
Our house rests under the shade of ancient trees, and under it flows the river, which, with the constant light breeze, provides clean and fresh air and the touch of unspoiled nature .Comfortable beds, free wi-fi, free linen, towels and air-conditioned space is standing standard for all rooms. Our entire house is designed to use as much green technologies as possible.
We are pet friendly but we can only accommodate one pet per room and only if it is a small animal IE domestic cats, small dogs, parrots and similar small birds etc. Our guests have obligation to announce bringing pets in advance via e-mail or telephone call to our front desk prior to booking. Ten minute walk will lead you to beautiful parks, shopping mall, cinemas, cafes and restaurants, casino.
City center is only 20 minutes away. Bus station is located at one hundred meters from us, the bus lines 15 and 84 you can for five minutes lead to the city center. Every year in the open near us there are a lot of sport and music manifestation. We can organize boat (taxi and tour) on Danube and Sava river, bus tour and transport from airport to us and many more...
We have a great view on river, the Great War island (Due to the large number of different bird species of the island is protected as a nature reserve-about 250 bird species) Zemun and Kalemegdan fort.

Winter prices: From 01.11.-15.12. and from 15.01.-01.03. Double room 40eur, Triple room (3+1 beds) 55 eur. , Family room (4+1 beds) 60 eur.
New year prices: From 27.12.-02. is the same as season prices.
