Adamclisi

Adamclisi is one of the most attractive cultural sights of Dobrogea region. It was inaugurated in 109 and dedicated to Mars Ultor (Mars the Revenger), celebrating the Roman victories over the Dacian wars - the first one in the period 101-102, and the other from 105. to 106....

The closest airports are Constanta (63 km) and Bucharest (227 km).

Bus

There are regular buses coming from Constanta and Medgidia

Car

National road Constanţa - Ostrov-Călăraşi- Bucureşti, before entering Adamclisi village, at km 62, a branch of 1.5 km, leads to a plateau on the hill.

Train

The train stations are situated in Medgidia (51 km), Murfatlar (44 km) and Cernavoda (55 km).

Boat

The harbours which offer basic facilities are in Cernavoda (55 km) and Silistra-BG (71 km).

Bicycle

There are no cycling paths, but the traffic is fine on the secondary roads.
