Also known as Kafana Znak pitanja, it is the oldest existing tavern in Belgrade, near the Orthodox Cathedral. Opened in 1823, and originally owned by Miloš Obrenović I, Prince of Serbia, it was nationalized in 1959. Its privatization in 2004 failed, due to protests of the public. Since 2007, it has been a heritage sight and one of the best places in Belgrade, ideal for a short break or lunch.
