The Danube Cycle Path in Austria leads on 330 km mostly along both river banks. Along the way, you can enjoy the landscapes of fertile plains and the vineyards of true natural beauty. Vienna and a number of historic medieval towns with their old Danube market places, castles, ruins, churches and monasteries allow you to experience the past, as well as modern time and offer some cultural insight into the different eras that co-inhibit in Central Europe today.
