The annual world famous Paprika Festival is held in mid-September. Certainly, Kalosca has an own Paprika Museum (Magyar Füszerpaprika Múzeum, Szent István király St. 6), which opens all year round. But the festival is different: See paprika fields and paprika mills, admire dancing parades and applause the annually elected new Paprika Queen of the town. Traditionally, there is also a real paprika cooking competition during the paprika festival.
