On this cycle tour you will roam the Southern land of River Danube in Hungary from Budapest to Mohács and the countryside of Southern TransDanubia with Mediterranean like climate between the hills of Villány and Mecsek. Beside the world heritage sites of Budapest and Pécs (Buda Castle District and the view of the Danube banks at Budapest and Early Christian Necropolis of Pécs) you will visit other historical places, like thousand-year-old archiepiscopal seat, Kalocsa and Mohács, the field of tragic battle - now a memorial park - where Turks crushed Hungarians in 1526.
