Sigmaringendorf is a minor train station on the Donautalbahn (Danube valley line, opened 1873) from Immendingen to Ulm. Trains stop here every hour on the Sigmaringen - Tübingen - Stuttgart and Ulm - Neustadt routes. Local public transport is provided by the Neckar-Alb-Donau (NALDO) network.

Sigmaringendorf is on the B32 and L455 just a few minutes' drive from Sigmaringen and Mengen.
