Transport
Riedlingen train station is on the Danube valley line from Donaueschingen to Ulm and is served by RegionalExpress trains. Trains depart hourly for Ulm and Sigmaringen and every two hours for Donaueschingen and Neustadt (Black Forest). There are also direct bus services to Biberach and Stuttgart. Riedlingen is part of the Donau-Iller local public transport network.
Riedlingen lies at the junction of the B312 (Stuttgart - Reutlingen - Biberach - Memmingen) and B311 (Donaueschingen - Tuttlingen - Ulm).
n addition the town is served by a glider airfield that can also be used by ultra-light aircraft and power gliders.
Riedlingen is on the Upper Swabian Baroque Route, the German Half-Timbered Houses Route, the Danube Cycle Route and the Danube-Lake Constance Cycle Route. Since 2009, stage one of the Upper Swabian Pilgrim Way, a marked trail for the spiritually motivated, has run through Riedlingen.
