2.5 km from the shore of the Black Sea, it is the only monument of this kind in Romania. Exhibitions are placed in two rooms (cabinet of Eugene P. Botez with library; documentary on work and building of European Commission of the Danube, working in Sulina 1856 – 1939). The most impressive is the visit to the top of the restored lighthouse, where you can admire the historic lenses of the lighthouse and a fantastic panoramic view.
